Smoke Fried was a local barbecue restaurant in High Springs, Florida. This was the first opportunity I had to work on a restaurant website. Unfortunately, the restaurant has since gone out of business.
This site was built using uses NetSource Technology’s custom in-house Content Management System, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the site was designed using Photoshop and Illustrator.
The challenge with this site was integrating a custom “meal of the day” section on the home page using both the custom CMS and JavaScript/jQuery. This was the first time I had tried to integrate a selectable “tab” layout on a site. It was a big jQuery learning experience.
