All my life, I have always loved tinkering around on the computer. A degree in Graphic Design seemed to be a perfect merger of my love of computers and my love of drawing. After I got my Graphic Design degree from Azusa Pacific University, I set out to get over my initial fear of coding and delve into Web Design. After several years of designing and coding websites, I realized that my love (and skills) drifted towards coding and away from the design portion of projects. My time at PHOS Creative catapulted my developer knowledge to the next level with things like Gulp, SASS, Jade, PHP, and WordPress. Figuring out how to piece everything together to make a complex (yet easy-to-use) finished product is what I love most about Web Development. There is always more to learn.

These are the results of the CVI personality test that I took at PHOS Creative. the results were surprisingly accurate and provided me with a lot of insight as to what motivates me in a work environment. The category results are broken down into Builder (action-oriented), Merchant (people-oriented), Banker (data-oriented), and Innovator (idea-oriented). I am primarily a Builder-Innovator, with a bit of Banker thrown in. I am (and always have been) focused on taking action and getting things done. Give me a task and a deadline, and I will dive straight in.
