Legacy Restoration is a general contractor and restoration company that specializes in restoring fire, storm, mold, and other damages. They were in need of an updated, streamlined site that showcases their services to the central Florida area. The goal was to launch an eye-catching, user-friendly informational site.
I used Figma during the design portion of the design to mock up 5 pages of the site. I then utilized WordPress as the core of the site and built out a Flexible Editor using Advanced Custom Fields. With this site, I was able to utilize both my graphic design skills as well as my web development skills.
The biggest challenge with this site was getting familiar with Figma. It is a new software to me, but it is quickly becoming the design software standard in the industry. The Legacy Restoration design was definitely a crash-course with the software, but I walked away with a much deeper understanding of it and I look forward to using it again in the future.
